TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HELICASE SPACE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

You and Helicase Space LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
If you do not wish to be bound by this arbitration provision, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service prior to the changes becoming effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Helicase Space LLC regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
